Terms and Conditions
Introduction:
'Vantarique' is the trading name and the artistic pseudonym under which our unique digital art prints are created and sold. The name 'Vantarique®' is also a registered trademark (UK trademark no: UK00003962674), symbolising the uniqueness and quality of our offerings. This trademark is operated by Perfect Web Solutions Ltd., registered at 25 Kiwi Drive, Derby, DE24 8NN (company number 13532267).
Acceptance of Terms:
By accessing and utilising the services provided by vantarique.com website, you consent to comply with these Terms and Conditions and any subsequent modifications. Your continued use of the website post any amendments signifies your agreement to the updated terms.
Modification of Terms:
Vantarique® reserves the right to revise or alter these Terms at any given time without prior notification. Your continued engagement with our website following such revisions constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Product description:
Vantarique® specialises in the creation and sale of bespoke digital art prints, each with a unique characteristic: every print is sold only once. This exclusivity ensures that each piece you purchase is one-of-a-kind. Following the sale and a 14-day cooling-off period, as stipulated by UK law, the original digital file is permanently deleted. This practice not only underscores the exclusivity of each artwork but also aligns with consumer rights, allowing for a period during which the purchase can be reconsidered. Our commitment to this process ensures that each piece remains unique to its owner, enhancing its value and distinctiveness.
Artwork creation process:
The digital art prints offered by Vantarique® are the result of a creative process that blends traditional hand drawing techniques with modern digital tools, including retouching, image manipulation, and the controlled use of Artificial Intelligence (AI). While the creation of many of our images is aided by AI, it is imperative to understand that these tools do not dictate the final artwork. Instead, they serve to enhance the artistic vision strictly defined by Vantarique. AI, in this context, is employed just as an assistive tool under rigorous guidance to realise a specific artistic intent, never leading the creative process.
Our commitment to quality and uniqueness in each print involves the use of multiple software tools, traditionally up to 5-6 different applications per image, to achieve the desired result. While traditional tools form the majority of our process, the contribution of AI technology requires us to describe our artworks as "AI-assisted images." This designation reflects our modern approach to art creation, where technology serves to expand the boundaries of traditional artistry without compromising the personal touch and control essential to our work.
By purchasing an artwork from Vantarique®, you acknowledge and appreciate the blend of human creativity and technological innovation that defines our unique digital art prints.
Quality:
At Vantarique®, quality is paramount. Our digital prints are produced using carefully selected digital printing services known for their proven quality. The printing technology we employ is Giclée, renowned for its ability to produce high-fidelity prints with a longevity that can span generations. The materials used for our prints, including paper and canvas, are chosen for their archival qualities and exceptionally high standards. This commitment to quality materials and printing techniques ensures that each piece of art from Vantarique® not only meets but exceeds the expectations of discerning collectors, maintaining its beauty and integrity over time.
Print Sizes:
At Vantarique®, all prints are produced and delivered in the specified dimensions as advertised on our website. We use precise measurements to ensure that the artwork you receive matches your expectations.
However, it's important to note that frame sizes, if purchased independently, may not always align perfectly with the standard dimensions due to variances in manufacturing. As such, we cannot be held responsible for discrepancies between our prints and the sizing of third-party frames. We recommend carefully measuring your frame or consulting with frame suppliers to ensure compatibility before making a purchase.
Please be aware that the substrate used for prints, particularly canvas, is subject to slight dimensional changes, potentially varying by 1-2 mm due to factors such as stretching or environmental conditions like humidity and temperature. Despite these potential minor adjustments, we are dedicated to achieving the utmost precision in the dimensions of our artworks.
By ordering from us, you acknowledge that Vantarique® fulfills its commitment to deliver prints in the advertised sizes, and any issues arising from third-party frame sizes do not reflect on the quality or accuracy of our products.
Originality and similarity:
While Vantarique® prides itself on offering unique digital art prints created with originality and a distinct artistic vision, we acknowledge the vast expanse of creative expression around the world. Given the infinite possibilities in art, we recognise that similarities between the artwork featured on Vantarique® and other works existing globally may inadvertently occur. Such resemblances are purely coincidental and not indicative of any intention to replicate or derive from other artists' creations.
Pricing and Payment:
Pricing Structure:
At Vantarique®, each piece of artwork is priced based on the time and creative input required for its conception and creation. As such, even prints of the same size, on the same media, with the same printing technique, may have different prices. This reflects the unique nature and value of each artwork, ensuring that you acquire a piece that is not only exclusive but also a testament to the dedication invested in its production.
Payment:
We accept payment exclusively via credit/debit card.
Orders and Delivery:
Our services are currently available exclusively to customers on the UK mainland. We reserve the right to refund 100% of the purchase price and cancel any orders that are placed with delivery addresses outside of this area. Should you wish to place an order from another country, please contact us directly. We will endeavour to find a suitable printing partner in your location to fulfil your order. However, please note that we cannot guarantee this service.
Payment Processing:
Our chosen payment platform is Stripe, renowned for its robust security measures. Please be assured that vantarique.com never stores your credit/debit card information, nor do we have access to your payment details. Your financial security is of paramount importance to us, and we take every step to ensure your transactions are protected.

Placing an order on Vantarique® is a seamless journey from inspiration to acquisition. Begin by selecting your unique piece of digital art from the product page, add it to your cart, and proceed to online payment. Upon completion of your payment, you will receive a confirmation email. This marks the commencement of the production process for your one-of-a-kind artwork.
Printing Process and Duration:
We ask our clients to acknowledge that each image created by vantarique.com is distinctive and crafted after several hours of meticulous preparation. We collaborate with an external printing partner to bring your exclusive art to life, and the production timeline depends on their capacity as well. Due to the bespoke nature of our prints, the expected delivery time ranges from 8-12 working days.
Cancellation by Customer:
Cancellation of an order by the customer is permissible only if delivery has not occurred within 15 working days.
Shipping and Delivery:
We are pleased to offer free shipping to all customers on the UK mainland, ensuring that your art arrives safely and without additional charges.
Returns and Refunds:
We understand that flexibility is important. Therefore, you may return your purchase within 14 days without any need for justification. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. A refund is issued only once the artwork is returned in its original, undamaged condition. This ensures a fair process, allowing other art enthusiasts the opportunity to purchase the print should it be returned.
Intellectual Property Rights and Ownership:
The intellectual property rights of all artworks featured on Vantarique® remain the exclusive property of Vantarique® up until the artwork is purchased. At the point of sale, the buyer acquires ownership of the physical print. It's crucial to understand that while the buyer gains ownership of the physical artwork, Vantarique® retains copyright over the original design. This means that the buyer is entitled to the personal enjoyment of the artwork and can resell it freely, just like any other painting or art piece. However, the copyright, which includes the right to replicate or distribute the original design, remains with Vantarique. This approach ensures that while the artwork can be displayed in a variety of settings, such as personal living spaces, offices, and other indoor public areas, its creation's integrity and uniqueness are preserved under the original copyright terms.
Certificate of Authenticity:
Every print sold by Vantarique® is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity, which is a testament to the originality and exclusivity of the piece. This certificate includes vital details such as the title of the artwork, the date of issuance of the certificate, the specific printing technology and media used to create the print, and is personally signed by Vantarique. Additionally, it bears a unique hologram featuring the Vantarique® logo, further assuring the authenticity and singular nature of your acquisition. This certificate not only adds value to your artwork but also serves as a guarantee of its provenance and quality.
Limitation of Liability:
Vantarique® is dedicated to ensuring the highest standards in both our art and customer service. However, it is necessary to state the limitations of our liability concerning the use of our website and the purchase of our products.
Responsibility for Use:
Vantarique® assumes no responsibility for any direct or indirect consequences arising from the use of the vantarique.com website. This encompasses the website's availability, its content accuracy, or its relevance to specific user intentions.
Product Liability:
In the event of any dissatisfaction with a print, the extent of Vantarique's liability is strictly limited to the refund of the purchase price paid for the print in question. Beyond this refund, Vantarique® shall not be held liable for any additional damages, losses, or expenses of any kind that may arise from the purchase or use of our products.
Other Liability:
Vantarique® disclaims all liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the website; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the website; (iii) any content obtained from the website; and (iv) unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
Our commitment to limiting liability is rooted in the principle that while we take great care in offering quality art and service, we cannot be held responsible for uncontrollable or unforeseeable events that may affect our website or products. This limitation is a common practice in retail and is intended to protect our business while still providing fair recourse to our customers. We encourage our clients to read and fully understand these terms before making a purchase.
Product Appearance and colours:
At Vantarique, we take great pride in offering bespoke digital art prints of the highest quality, available for printing on paper or canvas according to the customer's preference. It is essential to acknowledge that the inherent characteristics of each medium—paper and canvas—can influence the final appearance, detail richness, texture, and colour of the printed artwork. While these variations are not substantial, they may exist, especially for those with a discerning eye. The chosen medium may slightly alter the expected outcome, although this does not detract from the high quality of the print.
Screen colour differences:
Furthermore, we wish to highlight that the images displayed on our website are viewed on the customer's device (monitor, display), and the colour shades of the actual prints may differ from what is seen on screen. For most customers, this difference is negligible or unnoticeable and does not diminish the value of the print. Nonetheless, it is crucial for customers to be aware of these potential variations and consider them when making a purchase.
We strive to ensure that all descriptions and visual representations of our artwork on the website are as accurate as possible. However, understanding and accepting these disclaimers will help set realistic expectations and enhance satisfaction with your unique piece of art from Vantarique.
User Conduct:
While direct posting of reviews and comments on the Vantarique® website is not currently possible, we acknowledge that our customers and visitors may share their thoughts on external review platforms. We earnestly request that before posting any negative feedback, customers or visitors contact us directly. Often, a negative experience may stem from a technical issue or misunderstanding, rather than any intentional action on the part of Vantarique. We are committed to resolving any issues and ensuring your satisfaction with our services and products. Your understanding and cooperation in this matter are greatly appreciated.
Modifications to Service and Prices:
Vantarique® reserves the right, at our discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services or products at any time, including but not limited to prices, without prior notice. We are dedicated to ensuring the continuous improvement and updating of our offerings to better serve our customers. Changes to our services or prices will be made with the aim of enhancing the quality and value of our products, adapting to market trends, and responding to customer feedback. We encourage our customers to regularly review our website for the most up-to-date information regarding our services and pricing.
Governing Law:
The Terms and Conditions of Vantarique, as well as any separate agreements whereby we provide you services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. This governing law provision ensures that any disputes or legal matters arising from our services will be resolved within the legal framework of the UK, providing clarity and certainty for both Vantarique® and our customers.
Contact Information:
For any inquiries, support requests, or feedback, please reach out to us via the Contact page on our website. Our dedicated customer service team is here to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have. We value open communication with our customers and strive to provide timely and effective support to ensure your satisfaction with our products and services.
Indemnification:
By purchasing and using the digital art prints from Vantarique, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vantarique® and its parent company, Perfect Web Solutions Ltd., along with their directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers, from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms and Conditions, or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.
Limitation of Liability:
Vantarique® and its parent company, Perfect Web Solutions Ltd., their directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if Vantarique® has been advised of the possibility of such damages), arising out of or in connection with our website, our services, or this agreement (however arising, including negligence). Our liability to you or any third parties in any circumstance is limited to the amount you have paid us for the purchase of our products within the last transaction.
Our products are created with the highest standards of quality and are intended for personal use and enjoyment. We emphasise that the responsibility for the appropriate use of our products lies with the customer. These clauses are designed to protect both our customers and our business by setting clear expectations and limitations on liability.
Warranty Disclaimer:
Vantarique® provides all digital art prints "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. This disclaimer includes, but is not limited to, the disclaimers of warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. While we pride ourselves on the quality and longevity of our prints, which under proper conditions can retain their quality for 100-200 years, the longevity of each print significantly depends on its use and storage. Customers are expected to handle the prints with due care.
It is crucial that prints are used indoors unless a separate agreement is made for outdoor use. Please contact us in advance if you require a print for outdoor placement. The lifespan of a print can be greatly influenced by factors such as direct sunlight, moisture, and other unfavourable conditions. In the case of paper prints, the quality of the glass, or acrylic in the frame (e.g., UV protection capabilities) also plays a significant role in preserving the print.
Risk of loss:
The risk of loss or damage to the product transfers from Vantarique® to the customer upon shipment. While we take every precaution to ensure that the print's packaging provides adequate protection during transit, should any damage occur during shipping, it is the customer's responsibility to document and report the damage within 24 hours of receipt. Documentation must include photographs of the damage and the original packaging to illustrate the nature and extent of the damage.
If it is proven that the damage was caused during shipping due to the carrier's negligence, Vantarique® will reproduce and resend the print at no additional cost to the customer. This is contingent upon the customer providing evidence, such as photographs or other forms of documentation, proving that the original print has been destroyed or was damaged to the extent that it is unusable. This policy ensures that our customers are protected against losses due to shipping incidents, while also maintaining the integrity and exclusivity of our art prints.
In the event that a print is delivered with minor damage that does not significantly impact its usability for its intended purpose, but the customer still desires a replacement, a new print will be provided free of charge only if the original, slightly damaged print is returned to us. This policy ensures the exclusivity and uniqueness of each print by preventing multiple copies of the same artwork from being in circulation. We kindly ask our customers to contact us directly to initiate this process, and we will provide instructions for the return and replacement of the slightly damaged print. This ensures that both the integrity of our artwork and customer satisfaction are maintained.
Force Majeure:
In addition to the standard force majeure circumstances such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, governmental actions, and pandemics, we recognise that vantarique.com operates under the creative direction of a single individual. As such, should the artist encounter personal health issues (e.g., a common flu) that temporarily prevent the fulfilment of an order, this too will be considered a force majeure event. In such instances, our commitment to our customers remains steadfast, with our primary recourse being to refund any payments made for orders that cannot be fulfilled as scheduled. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these rare but possible scenarios, ensuring that your interests are protected while acknowledging the unique structure of our business.
Dispute Resolution:
In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, Vantarique® encourages the parties to seek resolution through direct communication as the first step. If resolution cannot be achieved, we recommend mediation with a mutually agreed-upon mediator in an attempt to resolve the dispute without resorting to litigation. Only if these efforts fail should the parties consider legal action, preferably arbitration, as a final resolution method.
Termination Clause:
Vantarique® reserves the right to terminate user accounts or access to our services at any time, without notice, for any breach of these Terms and Conditions or any other policies that may be published from time to time. This includes any actions that may compromise the security of our website, infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, or violate any local, national, or international laws.
Changes to Terms:
Vantarique® reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. If we make changes, we will post the revised Terms on our website and update the "Last Updated" date to reflect the date of the changes. By continuing to use our services after these changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
No Waiver:
The failure of Vantarique® to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms and Conditions will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorised representative of Vantarique.
Consumer Rights Act 2015:
Vantarique® adheres to the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which consolidates consumer rights relating to the sale of goods and services, including digital content. This act outlines the quality standards that goods must meet and ensures that consumers have the right to a refund, repair, or replacement if products are found to be faulty.
The Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002:
Vantarique® complies with The Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002, which applies to businesses selling goods or services to customers online. These sections are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and legal compliance in our operations, offering protection and transparency for both Vantarique® and our valued customers.
The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:
In compliance with The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Vantarique® recognises the importance of the rights it grants to consumers purchasing goods and services at a distance. We offer a cooling-off period of 14 days from the receipt of the artwork, during which consumers can cancel their order without penalty and without needing to provide any reason. This period is designed to give consumers the same confidence in purchasing from Vantarique® as they would have in a physical store.
Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR:
Vantarique® is committed to protecting the privacy and security of our customers' personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We ensure clear consent is obtained from our users before processing their data, provide detailed information on how their data will be used, and take stringent measures to secure the data against unauthorised access or breaches. Our privacy policy, available on our website, outlines these practices in detail.
The E-Commerce Regulations 2002:
Vantarique® adheres to The E-Commerce Regulations 2002, ensuring transparency and integrity in our online transactions. We provide customers with clear and comprehensive information about our products, services, and the terms of any transaction, including the total price, payment methods, and the right to cancel. Our website is designed to facilitate easy access to this information, ensuring a trustworthy and user-friendly experience for all customers.
The UK Sale of Goods Act:
In line with The UK Sale of Goods Act, Vantarique® guarantees that all goods sold—our digital art prints—are as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for their intended purpose. We stand behind the excellence of our products and the authenticity of the descriptions provided on our website, ensuring that our customers receive artwork that meets or exceeds their expectations.
